my daughter has been sick on and off since september. I love my kids doctor at Children's but when I call in with a concern to the nurse I expect her to give my concerns to a trained medical professional a DOCTOR not her reading notes from a previous visit and making a judgement on her own. these experiences are making me want to change to a different provider all together. they are making just judgements they wont take blood to see if there is something going on with my daughter but say see an allergist. also being rude and... read more

RecommendedI can’t say enough wonderful things about the radiology department at children’s. The nurses my son had were just AMAZING. They were so kind and loving. Explained to my 8 year old exactly what was going to happen. Answered all his (million or so) questions. He had to have his blood drawn, which was the most difficult thing for him that day, and when he started to freak out a little they effortlessly distracted him.
