So much problems with the scheduling had to wait almost a whole month become their scheduler brianda Enriquez was on leave and now my son went in for an appointment and apartenltly she will get back to me in 4 more weeks to schedule an appointment horrible experience specially when you have a kid in pain
Absolutely awful! Last year my 6 month old son developed a fever during the night and we were unable to make it to our appointment in the morning. I called as soon as they opened and let the receptionist know we’d be unable to attend and why. They documented it as a no show. My son was in foster care at the time and had immune deficiencies due to what he suffered in utero. I had high hopes for my son's appointment today, especially after a wonderful experience with the Cardiology Department at Valley Children’s Hospital last year when my baby had an echocardiogram while still in utero. However, today's visit was disappointing. We traveled nearly three hours from San Luis Obispo County for a 1:30 PM appointment with Olivia Quijano, PA. Unfortunately, she arrived an hour late. My son had a follow up appointment yesterday & everyone during the visit was great. Sara went above & beyond to answer all our questions & even printed some information for us, thank you !
Dr. Berkman at VCH urology is one of the best doctors to have walked into our lives. He was fast and careful with decision making that set our child up for a much healthier future. I’m glad our paths have crossed and will forever be grateful for the kind doctor he is!
