I'm giving a one star because they never answer & sometimes they don't send my twins baby formula on time. It's hard to get a hold of them & I have to call someone else in there office to get the person on my case to call back & yes I do leave multiple messages & days pass by but no call backs... they do help when I need it & try to get me a sooner date but if they don't answer how are they suppose to help?
Not helpful at all. My son needed his micky gtube changed to a bigger size. Rx was submitted on behalf of my son on 11/20. I had to call on 11/27 to follow up. I first was told they didn’t receive a rx, then was told the doctor didn’t sign the rx. Worker found the rx so then I was told the micky gtube would be delivered 11/28. It’s 11/28 and still no micky tube. Spoke to director, hoping a delivery driver would deliver today. Instead was told by an rn that I need to take him to urgent care or wait until tomorrow for the deli... read more
