We had an appointment scheduled, but I called to confirm the time the day of. They told me that the location is permanently closed because the doctor retired and that all the Virginia locations have closed too.
If I could leave a zero star review I absolutely would. I have had to reschedule and cancel appointments with this office for every single appointment I’ve had with this practice. The most insensitive and rude people are calling and telling me that I cannot get my daughter in to see these people and when I finally did she gave me the wrong information! I wouldn’t go to this Fredericksburg location or any of their other ones in Virginia.
This CHI practice has been an absolute nightmare, echoing exactly what the last two reviews have described. My son’s first appointment was originally scheduled back in July, and since then they have canceled on us 6–7 times in a row. Every single month, usually days—or even the night before—the appointment is canceled due to “unforeseen circumstances.” I completely understand an occasional cancellation, but this level of repeated rescheduling is unacceptable and incredibly disruptive, especially for a child. DO NOT USE! I have scheduled two appointments for my son at this practice. The first was in Dec 2025. I received confirmation calls/texts a week, day before, and day of for the appointment. Arrived to find the door closed and when I called the number on the door, I was told the location was closed for the day and the next available appointment was Jan 2025. This doc sent me a reminder @ 9 am for my 11:30 appointment but when I showed up found out they are closed for the month and no one but an answering service to talk too! Not pleased at all with the communication for taking leave from work and school.
