If I could give a zero star rating I would. This clinic is very unprofessional; they don't send appointment reminders and they cancel and reschedule appointments at the last minute. My daughter had an appointment scheduled for today, which I didn't even receive a reminder for, despite having scheduled it a month ago and waited so long to get this appointment because they book their patients so far out. I had Scheduled an appointment in December for the Manassas location with a scheduler. I asked if she could provide me with the address. I was told the next appointment available was Jan 2 which is today. I am just now getting a text confirming the appointment in FREDERICKSBURG at 2:30. I have my appointment for today in Manassas at 3pm. No one is answering the phones so I can explain this and possibly still be seen.
If you’re looking for a pediatric cardiologist for your child, I truly do not recommend this place. The nurses are not equipped to inform you that the doctor will arrive almost two hours late, and you’ll end up waiting about three hours in total. This is completely unreasonable and unprofessional. I strongly advise against this clinic, as they make you wait far too long, and it’s clear they lack consideration for their patients. It’s just not fair, and I will not recommend it.
We went it due a heart murmur. The front desk/tech was so nice and professional and Dr Mehta was amazing. He explained everything thoroughly and was so good with kids.
Literally impossible to get a hold of. Have been calling multiple times a day for a week and left multiple messages. All I need is a cardiac clearance for my daughter who is a former patient so she can have a minor procedure. Update my wife just went to the office, nobody is there, packages just sitting at the door.
