Recommendedwe've been seen at the Fredericksburg office twice now for my 17 year old son and will be seeing Dr. Abdullah in two weeks. The Fredericksburg office is amazing. I've never had a doctor be so reassuring directly to my son. He told me son while looking him in the eye that he believes all of his symptoms, that he knows others may not have treated my son as if he has an illness, but that he believed him and we are going to get a plan to help him. I have been seeing Dr. Abdallah for 17 years! He’s worth the wait because he genuinely cares for his patients and will answer any and all questions you have. Sometimes there may be a wait to see him, but his depth of knowledge is beyond your average doc. I understand he is in high demand and that sometimes office hiccups happen. The best way to resolve this is to speak to the doctor if you’re upset. Now in my 30’s... And refuse to find another cardiologist. If you’re looking for a warm and welcoming office for your child to get examined, this is not the place! You would think that when dealing with children and possible heart issues, the staff would be on the chipper side KNOWING they are dealing with kids. I have visited Dr. Barlow’s office in Rosedale and in Bel Air dealing with my 5 year old chest complications. Now, Dr. Barlow is not my reason for typing this but his Staff! I have been a patient of Dr. Abdallah's for over 20+ years. Unfortunately, my 3 children are now also his patients however I know that we are all in good hands with Dr. Abdallah taking care of us. There WILL BE a long wait due to the amount of testing they do prior to seeing the Dr. A but it is well worth it. Just plan ahead and give yourself at least a 3 hour time block.
Dr. A has given me my quality of life back! I would recommend him to anyone who has POTS and is looking for a POTS doctor! Also, for everyone saying the wait time is long- yes, it is a bit of a wait. But it’s so worth it to see Dr. A. He is a very busy man! He has many patients he is trying to help. Usually we plan on a half day at least for the appointment. Just bring snacks and something to do. His compassion and expertise make up for any wait times.
Love love loveeee Dr Abdallah! So thankful to have found him. He is amazing! The office staff can be iffy but if you look beyond that, he is the best doctor I have! He takes his time and will literally answer every and any question you have. Yes, there is always a long wait but it’s worth it!
I have never been more dissatisfied with patient courtesy and time . Waited an hour and a half past my appointment time and still have yet to see the doctor . I am beyond upset and the kind of service this “doctors office” is giving .
