I took my daughter to this urgent care for concerning symptoms and a condition she has experienced before. They ran tests but did not clearly explain the results or next steps, and no treatment was provided. Two days later, her symptoms worsened and I had to take her to another provider, who promptly diagnosed the issue and started the appropriate treatment. We had a great experience at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Urgent Care. The staff was kind and reassuring, and the doctor took excellent care of my child. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally.
