I am surprised this place is apart of CHOA. I have never had to experience CHOA but this gave me a bad perspective of the quality of care that is provided if they are anything like this urgent care. Upon arrival it was empty and they were very kind at check in and registration. Even the nurse who checked vitals was wonderful and very sweet with my 18 month old. We had an excellent experience here! All of the nurses we saw and the doctor were so kind and caring and took great care of my daughter. Due to the severity of her symptoms we were able to be seen quickly and everyone did a great job with communication. I would highly recommend this place if you need an urgent care.

Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and professional. They made my son and I feel at ease and gave me peace of mind after my visit. The doctor and nurse practitioners were fantastic. They took time to explain things to me so that I felt confident taking care of my son at home. The wait was about 30+ minutes, but I expected this since it's that season where so many kids are sick. They apologized for the wait and thanked me for being patient. Thank you CHOA!
My daughter (13) has POTS, we had a medical emergency as she passed out and hurt herself. From the front desk to dr Johnson everyone was exceptional! Nurses Ashley, Abby and the learning nurse whom performed the EKG and made sure my daughter stayed covered up and comfortable. To the gentleman who took my daughters blood. All were exceptional and caring and professional.
