Called to reschedule an appointment at 1:23PM due to a email letting me know the Doctor had a change in his schedule, which happens, no problem, the receptionist that answered could only find a appointment at the end of August, MONTHS after my 26weeker micropreemie with chronic lung disease was due to be seen to get his medications re-evaluated for his weight and dosage. Great experience for our first time there there. Everyone was welcoming and having a movie on for the kids was great too; calm the little nerves before the appointment. The room we were in was facing the highway so that was fun watching cars pass while waiting for entertainment. lol. There’s plenty of parking in the garage too.
Never had a problem with anyone here. Nice staff
