To have someone not only call me and miss pronounce my name. When I left a voicemail and to under-mind the fact that I sent over paperwork weeks ago to which no one reached out to me and to basically say o well with my job on the line is outrageous. I makes me second guess the care the my daughter is receiving with the nurses. It already hard to trust someone with care or your child.

We had excellent experience at pediatric hematology clinic. Very knowledgeable people.
