My child was transferred here due to repetitive seizures. The staff were so friendly and the hall was decorated just for kids. I appreciate how nice and kind the doctors and nurses are here.
I have never seen so much abilityism, discrimination and lack of ethics together. The nurse who was in "nurse 1" and the nurse practitioner on duty (8:33pm) treated us very poorly. From not looking at our faces, not doing a full physical evaluation, not reading medical history, making up that we were offered treatments, and not making reasonable accommodations for a child with multiple disabilities. Dr.Bauer was absolutely amazing ! He fixed my son’s lip tie and was super calm and patient with me. He fully explained everything and even showed me a PowerPoint presentation so that I could visually see what he was talking about. I am so very happy with his professionalism and I was able to breastfeed right after he fixed my son’s lip tie.
