Rude receptionists and horrible about answering phones
It is unfortunate that there are actually great Pediatricians in the office, but the office staff is very rude and unprofessional. They always seem irritated and unwilling to do their jobs to make things happen. Referrals or even to speak with a nurse on the phone without an attitude is like an act of congress. We are definitely looking for a new office.
Been dealing with children's healthcare center forever .... The doctor's and staff are great and especially when the call nurse is available when the office is closed. The best in Danville Virginia wouldn't go anywhere else.
Love the staff and doctors, awesome people ..;)
