Dr Mackenzie dismissed my child due to the fact that I was not given a current shot record from TT. I told her he was up to date and she said well he's not and instead of allowing Me to double-check went ahead and was going to give him shots which I refused because I wanted to double-check. This clinic was extremely rude and not helpful at all. It was a very anxiety triggering experience for me and my child. The doctor was extraordinarily rude and treated me like I was ignorant instead of wanting to help. My child and I both left in tears. We will most certainly be finding another practice as this was a terrible experience.
