Being a patient at this office is a genuinely pleasant experience. We have been able to get in same day any time my child has been sick or needed to see a provider. (Bonus! Usually with our primary provider, but everyone we have seen at the practice is wonderful) They are patient and answer questions during well visits, and are responsive via the portal for help with paperwork or questions and generally there is very little waiting time between checking in and seeing the doc. Wish all doctors offices were as great as CHA.
We've been seeing Dr. Necheles at CHA in Chicago for over eight years with our three children. Every physician, nurse, and staff member is consistently kind and thorough. We're always able to get a last-minute appointment when one of our kids is sick, and scheduling is always easy. Big plus that there is ample free parking. We love Dr. Necheles and the entire practice.
We have been going to this practice since my son was born. He is now 19. We have only had the best care with every doctor and nurse we have encountered. My son doesn’t even want to switch to an adult doctor yet. We are very happy with this practice and highly recommend any doctor there. Our favorite however is Dr. Carrie Gosch.
With a teenage daughter and son, they each have their own gender-specific pediatrician and we love both of them. We never feel rushed through the annual exam, no matter what questions we have... and the adman staff, especially the two ladies up front are always helpful and gracious.
Children's Healthcare Associates has been my children's primary care doctors since they were newborns. The doctors, NPs, nurses, aides, and admin staff are all simply wonderful. It is easy to schedule visits, even same day in case of urgent appts. The nurses phone calls are very helpful and thoughtful, and they respond in the portal in a timely manner as well (if you choose that route).
