My kids use to go here until one of the nurses was very rude. My son was having COVID symptoms so we took him to get tested. While there the nurses demeanor was really careless and rude. After our visit I left crying because of the terrible experience and of course my son was crying... I called and made a complaint. Days later we received a letter from them saying they were dismissing both of my kids from their office. According to the letter we were really dissatisfied with their care.... My daughter has been through two pediatricians, and Dr.Mckenzie is her second to go too. The first failed on giving me back her X-ray results super late, a week late that she had pneumonia. So i moved Her to Dr.Mckenzie. She’s been with her since she was 3 months old, and she’s always had back to back ear infections and she’s so rude about it and makes you feel like a bad parent.
