Dr Jacob and staff (specifically Stacy) were very kind and thorough. They were very willing to answer any and all questions. I had full confidence in their ability and would recommend them to others.
My son (9) visits this clinic for urology. The clinic runs smoothly and the staff are friendly, but the FNP really takes the cake. Janelle Traylor, FNP is amazing at what she does. She talks to my son with such sensitivity and just has a conversation with him. She REALLY listens and explains things so he understands them. These words don't do her amazing care justice. I just wanted to take a moment to say express my gratitude!
