Just wanted to share what a positive experience we had during a recent sleep study. The nurse, Olivia, was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. She made everything so much easier for our little one. Seriously, it was a relief to have someone so caring and attentive. We're so grateful for her help in making it a good experience for our toddler.

We brought our child here for a scheduled specialist appointment that was referred by her pediatrician. The doctor and location were listed as in-network, so we expected to pay a $75 copay. Instead, we were billed $500 for a hospital visit and $1,050 for a doctor visit in a hospital — a total of $1,550 for a 45-minute consultation. I’m very disappointed with our experience at the Children’s Health Sleep Disorder Center. Beforehand, we consulted with them to understand the costs and were led to believe more was covered. We paid a significant amount out of pocket and then received additional unexpected bills later. Their billing process was never clearly explained, which added unnecessary stress for worried parents.
