I will forever be grateful for everything they did to save my daughter! I got her back! Everyone, absolutely everyone working there have been absolutely amazing, so nice and understanding! They're so professional and they helped me find the right program for my daughter. And it worked! And she is so happy now, she loves life now, but most importantly, she loves herself and it's all thanks to them! Thank you for saving her life!
This place is purely behavioral and they do not individualized treatment. If compliance is your goal then I suppose this could work for you. It traumatized my child and our family causing more harm. There are better programs in the area. Keep looking.
I’m very disappointed with how this office handled my daughter’s therapy appointments. I had one missed appointment, and for the second one, I actually called ahead to reschedule because I had a conflict. The person on the phone told me it was fine and confirmed a new time for Friday at 9 AM. Then, later, I got a call saying they had removed us from their schedule completely because I “didn’t show up” — even though they were the ones who told me I could reschedule! They do not offer individualized treatment and they do not communicate well with families.
They were there to guide me through the whole process on how to keep my daughter safe and gave her the skills she needed to cope with her mental illness. Forever grateful
