Anytime my kids are sick I come here! Doctors and staff are so kind and we get seen very quickly. Highly recommend!
I would give this place zero stars if I could. I brought my son here with a high fever and we were forced to wait three hours before even being called back. For an "urgent" care facility, that wait time is unacceptable, but the lack of care once we got inside was even worse. The clinical staff was completely incompetent. The nurse couldn't even take a temperature correctly. My wife, who is a professional nurse, ended up having to guide the PA through the visit. Just ho straight to ER dont go here bad service
Terrible experience!! I originally went to children’s ER and they suggested that I go to the urgent care across the street and stated that they would give the same care but quicker. Well that was a lie!!! They were not quick and the care was very poor, and Children’s should be ashamed for suggesting them because if they give the same care then I don’t want my child there either. Struggling, just to get a doctor's note. Call twice And nobody is able to help me. They cannot email or fax. Even the employees telling me that this is not a good clinic to go to what is going on with this clinic?
