We went today and had a very unpleasant experience. We were not informed before that the child could not be seen with a runny nose or fever. They told us she was unwell and couldn’t be seen. We had both taken off work for this visit and really wanted to get answers after our daughter had three seizures within less than 3 months. They made us go to our car and do a virtual visit. Cab not say enough good things about this enter hospital from.dallas to plano they do the absolute best job !!! From the front desk Gabby , to the np Brittany Cocks, to the er at Dallas these people took best care of me and son addressed and explained all our concerns even day before Thanksgiving. I was late and having issues driving out they still made it happen. God bless this place better then cooks in my opinion they actually do more treatment and take time with you. Recently had my daughter seen here. The Dr. was amazing. They ordered 2 things for her and have left it up to me to schedule the procedures. I can’t get any assistance in finding where to take my child. The staff answering the phone just tell me they don’t know or send me to other people who can’t help. They should taken the patient out the middle & not assigned me homework. I feel like I drove hours just to get told figure it out yourself.
