These folks are rude, disconnected and ignorant. After seeing my daughter faithfully for 14 years they now wouldn’t see her because they need a hippa form signed by me.I live in Goldsboro my daughter lives with my mom in lumberton she has always been seen at this establishment and has always been taken by mom with no problems. I understand hippa I agree with hippa what i don’t agree with is how u wait 14 years to actually do your job!!! This is crazy I’ve never seen anything like it.
RecommendedI would recommend doctor Bell to anyone my grand children has been going there since 2011 they do a fantastic job and whatever's going on they get to the bottom of it or will send them to another doctor to they do fine out.
I would not recommend Pembroke Pediatrics being the staff have the nastiest attitudes. Each time my daughters and I have made appointments for my Grandchildren they have spoken to us rude on the phone and in person once arriving. We love Dr. Bell but sadly to say is you have to get through them to see him. In short we have switched Pediatric clinics because of this.

RecommendedWe love Lumberton Children’s Clinic . My oldest is 17 and baby girl is 4 months. They have been awesome for both my girls since they were born. Love all the providers , especially Dr Pojol, Ms Randall and Dr Hunt . Thank you for taking great care of my babies ❤️
Arrived at 5pm and it was like 5 people ahead of us so I’m like okay, not bad....so as we were in the waiting area more and more people were piling up , we got in the room like 30 mins after arrival and tell me how we was the last ones out of the office. The Nurse came in our room at like 7pm and asked did the dr come in yet but right before that I heard the nurses interacting and one nurse had to cut the light on in the hall because apparently they FORGOT about us.
