I have never felt this pained about anything like how I feel about the terrible way this hospital kept rescheduling me. I scheduled this appointment a year ago and they sent me a text 8/29 finally confirming the appointment and on the same day called to let me know that the doctor is ‘out sick’ for an appointment that’s 7 days away (9/6). We arrived and check in was quick, the nurse was friendly and made sure to make my baby feel comfortable. The resident was also really friendly and made us feel welcome. Dr. Agim was top notch. Everything about this office was one of the best experiences I’ve had so far in regards of care for my baby. They really know how to work with kids.
After waiting a whole year to be seen, our appointment was cancelled without notice and were notified as we checked in. I have worked in the medical field for 11 years and this is truly unprofessional on the physician’s part.
Absolutely no relief for my son and the one doctor that helped a little is no longer there.
Bad dermatologists this place has they don’t even bother to check what you have, they just give you medications that make it worse. Unprofessionals
