My granddaughter needed a new PCP and when going through the directory trying to from a PCP that I felt would make my granddaughter comfortable. I came across Dr. King profile and I said ok scrolled through a few more & I kept going back to her profile. I was told that she wasn't taking any new patients but I didn't give up and called again, I'm glad I did. My daughter's hospital stay was great when she was admitted, but having to deal with the current process just to see her doctor on the 4th floor can be a bit much. Additionally, just pray you can get all of your labs completed the same day they're requested. Their current operational processes can make a 2 second drop off of something at the lab into what seemed like a 45 minute task between the entrance door men and women ushers (wonderful and pleasant individuals) stopping you uppn entering to ask whether or not you're the... read more
We had to come here for my 2 month olds checkup. For extra context, we live 2 hrs away, and he was born with a birth defect. Each appointment was like 20 mins long, which is always nice, in and out. My son and I caught the flu from our latest visit here. Definitely proceed with more caution than I did. I’m watching my baby boy recover from this tough virus and I did everything to avoid this.
I love DR King, she is amazing I have always loved her, she makes being a first time mom easy, but the rest of the staff made me fall in love with this big practice i typically hate large particles but the staff made it feel small and welcoming. I love it here
I love my Pediatrician Ms.Guimont. Staff is great, from setting up appointments, to walk in check-in process. I would recommend this location to all. Every one who you come in contact with are very knowledgeable and helpful. Very clean environment and wait time its perfect!!
