Fabulous School & Faculty! Having been in the military my children have been in four different schools in their short lifetime. They have been at the Garden since 2006. My eldest graduated from there last year and is now in the KEY program in the city here. My eldest cried for a long time as graduation came up and still loves to go back and visit on her days off. The perfect Pre-school Environment I am a special education teacher, so I have a lot of knowledge when it comes to picking out a pre-school. My special-needs son and my daughter have been attending The Children's Garden for three years. From the moment I walked through the door, I knew this was an exceptional educational environment. is a first class pre-school and kindergarten alternative. My oldest is 15 and my youngest is 4. I now have had 4 children in the Montessori School program, all with Mrs. Harp. I too have a had a child who did not "fit in" with his behavior and who had to be worked with everyday to learn to control himself and not to hurt others. Not once did Mrs. Harp suggest medication or dismissing him from the program. She had this child for 4 years. I must say it is because of her efforts and patience that my child is who he is today. Great private school alternative Have heard nothing but positive things about this program. Great caring teachers. clean facility, and plenty of activities for the kids to do. A credit to Kokomo!!
