The doctors and nurses are good but the front office staff is the rudest people I've ever encountered. I was told ONLY the first visit was 4 hours ... Which is outrageous but considering all they do is that first visit it's excusable. I was NOT informed that the recheck would be anything more than in and out. I was then informed today after sitting for two hours after check in that ALL appts are a MINIMUM of 4 hours! MINIMUM! With no dilation there is no need for this. It is simply over booking. Worse place ever.
Not sure "WHY" they make an appointment and tell you to be here early. Because we're still waiting. Oh yeah had to ask for paperwork because staff is so busy just sitting there. I haven't herd the phone ring, so obviously not that. I seen multiple families come in after us been seen and left. Sound like preference. I would rate at 0 "ZERO"
