We had a glitch with our eyeglass order from People’s Health & Ms Lisa the manager was so understanding & was able to help us out in a very timely manner.
I picked up my glasses yesterday. paid out of pocket. completely wrong prescription. I can't see past a few feet in front of me. they have rescheduled me for three weeks out. I CANT SEE WITHOUT MY GLASSES. I have had the same prescription for almost ten years.bthey told me it was too strong. I'm not a medical professional so I listened. I'll be in tomorrow to get my money back. to ruin a pair of $500 glasses and then make me wait what will be another SIX WEEKS for it to he fixed? I can't afford this. I can't do this. Love Dr. Fatima, triage & receptionist are always great. Unfortunately I didn’t have Dr. Fatima this visit and the staff member I did have (blonde hair lady) was extremely unpleasant. I did not complete my visit & will not be returning.

they say it will take a certain time for a pair of glasses to come in. that time has come and gone and when I called to find out what's going on they are now saying it's going to take another 2 to 3 weeks. its messed up get you information right the first time. its frustrating when your kid cant see in class.
