From the staff to the doctor, everyone is amazing! Very courteous and thorough. My child's old doctor would have us simply WAITING for up to three hours each visit. Here, even with dilation, it was about half that time AND included the time spent in the visit. Thank you to all your staff. I absolutely love and am grateful for you all!
Dr. McCash is the BEST! He is very thorough and explains everything step by step in terms we can understand. Highly recommended to ALL for your child's eye needs!
Dr. McCash was amazing with my daughter. Shes a bit on shy side, and he was very patient and thorough with her. Also, Rebecca who does the billing went above and beyond for me and working with our insurance and getting everything set up for my daughters surgery. The only downfall i would say is the time it takes to schedule a procedure, the waiting time from what I’ve had is 3+ literally months out. Overall, i have been very happy with the services we have received
The staff and providers are awesome! I have a special needs son with developmental and speech delays and was worried when trying to find a provider who would work with him. Dr. Williams is so patient and such an amazing Optometrist. He is very thorough in his exam and has always gone out of his way to ensure any questions or concerns are addressed. We have now been coming here for a few years and there isn’t another place I would go to for my son’s eye care. The front desk staff is always so professional and courteous. Great... read more
