It’s been ridiculous trying to get my child’s glasses. We ordered May 07th. It’s now June 22nd and I have to keep calling to check up on the order. They last told me they would call me when they were ready there was an issue with the order which I understand. However I called today and her glasses were ready which makes me wonder how long they have been ready. Last time I called they insisted they would tell me. I have been going here since I was 2 years old and I’m now 22 . Now both of my boys go here , I’ve always loved it . But recently the women at the front desk have been so rude . Definitely advise someone to listen to the way they talk to people . Edit to add : specifically Victoria .
Absolutely love this place and Dr. Richards! Not only did he make my son feel great about surgery he called and checked on him on a Saturday. Not many doctors do that.
Dr Trigler has seen my grandson sense he was two and they are awesome with children!!❤
