I really love Dr. Scott. If I was just reviewing him, this would be a five star review. He takes great care of my children. My low review is with the scheduling/communication/office issues. For example, I called months ago for an appointment to get my daughter contact lenses. I was completely clear about my goal for the appointment. Today we went to the appointment, and were told we have to come back for a contact lens fitting appointment in six weeks. My 2 year old who is pretty difficult had a great appointment here. She loves her glasses! My 4 year olds appointment went well too.
