Had conversation with provider that saw my child and when called back for antibiotics discussed at said visit was told there was no note of it and they had no visibility to schedule when provider would be back, advised to see PCP therefore leading to another unplanned/paid visit that should not have been needed to treat a chronic problem child has been seen for multiple times and told at first visit just call if not resolved and antibiotics could be called in.
