Went to the pediatric er for kids my son’s feeding button popped out and they had us in the waiting room for awhile. Than told us hold on I need to get his information in computer so just wait in the waiting room like he’s not leaking fluid and my son was on oxygen. Than bring us to a room did not connect him to the oxygen left us on our own tank witch was a small tank and did not connect him to the machine to watch his heart rate nothing just left. I visited the er when I had Covid. I accidentally took off my pulse ox and the alarms started blurting and no one came in to check, also nurses and doctors were not given the correct ppe for a confirmed covid patient, a 30 min stay costed 4,644$, and now we are in debt. So much for “dignity health”
Our child was taken here by ambulance for neck/head trauma protocol. We didn’t have to wait since she was taken by ambulance. It was also nice and quiet while we were there, so it lessened the stress level. The staff were nice. I got cold so the nurse got me a warm blanket, which was a nice gesture, considering I wasn’t the patient.
Nurses don’t take anything u say seriously they make u wait hours for them to be rude and disrespectful they judge you for the reason you bring your children in for especially night shift the doctors are rude this place used to be great now they have new people new doctors and it’s gone to shit people that don’t care about your kids
On Monday the 12th we rushed my daughter due to her throwing up MULTIPLE TIMES. We were stressed and worried as any parent would be. It’s been a couple of hours since she was brought in.
