Horrible experience. Mistreating a child can not be forgiven as far as I'm concerned. Total disregard for a little girls tears, crying, gagging, insulin her and her mother in front of the staff while they sit back and nod their heads rather than speaking up. Came on a referral for a sedated X-ray and they didn't even try to to that whatsoever. At the very least, he should apologize and explain to me why he discriminated against her and her mother and refused the service they were REFERRED to him for!
