Relaxed and friendly enviorment is what you need when you visit the dentist and I found it at Dr. Goette's office. The staff puts forth a friendly atmosphere which keeps you relaxed. I felt I was included in my treatment plan and my questions and concerns were addressed very well. I feel very comfortable putting my health in their hands.
We had a great experience with Dr. Barham and childrens dentistry. I went back with both my kids while they had their teeth cleaned. I think it is quite small and think they need more space, but everyone there was so friendly. THis was my third time there in 2 years and we saw the same teeth cleaning lady (Heather) all three times. Dr. Barham is really nice, and I never felt like I was talked into any unnecessary dental work. I have to say kudos to Dr. B (I think it is Barum), my kids love going here. I have a special needs child and she keeps her in a quiet room so she is not frightened by the noise or bright lights. It is very small, but more family geared than high volume kids dentistry like I have seen at two other places in this area. I will say I wish they were open 5 days a week instead of 3 1/2 but the staff is usually very accomodating with that too. Would recommend.
I have no idea what this lady is talking about. Dr. B is the best Dentist I have ever meet and is the most trusted i've ever meet. You can go to other dental office and they will not let you go back with you child because they do better with you in the waiting room. I've seen that first hand. For you to make a formal complant that is just crazy!! This dental office is the best. Go to a larger dental office and see how they treat you? Worse they dont care about you like Dr. B and the back office staff does.
