Hands down, Children's Dentistry of Central Alabama is the. best. pediatric dentistry there is!!! The staff is top notch! They are so personable and knowledgable. They all took their time in explaining procedures and options. They answered all of my questions (no matter how small or ridiculous) thoroughly and with a smile. Dr. James Osbourn was so friendly. My son did not feel nervous around him at all. I never once felt like he was rushing out to get to the next patient. Any dental procedures can be done same day, in-house.... read more
