Due to an insurance change, we had to switch dentist offices and I had two friends highly recommend this practice! We had our first appointment at Children’s Dentistry Group of Lake Zurich today and had a wonderful experience with Dr. G and the team there! Kind, friendly, and patient with little patients. My son especially appreciated the tv playing Mickey Mouse on the ceiling, prize coin crank machine, and the giraffe shaped floss pick that “went for a walk” to count his teeth. We’ve had consistently positive experiences at this office. The doctors and dental assistants have always been professional, respectful, and thorough, and the front desk staff has been welcoming and kind. We originally met Jennifer at her previous position and felt comfortable enough to follow her here. Had a great experience at this dental office! The front staff was kind and accommodating to our schedule. The clinical staff are all great with kids and able to work with all behaviors. The office even has TVs on the ceilings and in the lobby for the kids. Overall a terrific experience! Highly recommend!
Jenny at the front desk is so nice and accommodating. My kid was extremely nervous and they made the entire process smooth and easy. Thank you for everything.
