The staff is absolutely incredible and kind. I have been here twice, once a couple years ago with both my children and this week again with my one child and both times they were very kind, patient, and amazing to my children. They explained every to me in detail as well.
I received pre-approval from my insurance provider indicating that my child’s appointment costs would be covered. However, upon arrival, I was informed that an additional out-of-pocket payment was required and paid for those cost with my credit card. We are so thankful for Dr Hanson and the children’s dental team at Kingsway Dentistry for children. My child is nonverbal autistic with significant sensory sensitivities, and needing dental work under general anesthesia was very stressful for us.
