DO NOT recommend, save yourself the time and headache and go elsewhere! Booked a referral appointment a month and a half in advance for my daughter to have dental work done because they use laughing gas, a service not many provide, opposed to my daughter having freezing done with needles. After being re-booked twice they called me a week before the scheduled appointment to tell me the doctor is not offering nitrous until the fall because he is focusing on teaching and consults. The staff is absolutely incredible and kind. I have been here twice, once a couple years ago with both my children and this week again with my one child and both times they were very kind, patient, and amazing to my children. They explained every to me in detail as well.
I received pre-approval from my insurance provider indicating that my child’s appointment costs would be covered. However, upon arrival, I was informed that an additional out-of-pocket payment was required and paid for those cost with my credit card. Before leaving the office, I confirmed that all balances had been settled. It is now more than a year later, I began receiving calls stating that there is still an outstanding balance on the account.
