Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

Does this provider remember you by name? No, and they don't make an effort to even try Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Yes! I was in utter agony for days Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
