I love this dentist office. They are very clean, nice, and perfect for children. Even when waiting they have very nice staff upfront and entertainment. It is very important to know each of them are working toward your dental expectations! Even moving further away I still make the drive to this dental office because it is worth it.
The staff is wonderful with my son. They are patient and kind with my son even when he gets nervous or scared. Keep up the great job!
Since relocating to the Omaha area I'd not found a pediatric dentist for my 9 y/o. I finally came upon Children's Dental Specialists & made an appointment. Due to my OWN oversight, I placed an incorrect address in my GPS. Even though I was running VERY behind our scheduled time, the front office staff were VERY understanding and were able to still see my daughter. We wanted to find a new dentist for our kids (ages 4 & 7). We wanted someone who specializes in making sure they're comfortable, enjoy the process and have equipment that is "kid sized". We found it at Children's Dental Specialists! Our kids had fun in the waiting room playing video games until it was time to head back. Just wanted to say how awesome our appointment was! We were seen right away! Got our X-rays done and teeth cleaned! Everyone was so friendly! Dr. S came to see us right away. He gave us review and recommendations. He was caring and listened to my concerns. Felt really good after we left! Was greeted by receptionist afterwards to make next appointment. A++ in care & customer service! Thank you!
A lot of kids complain about going to the dentist, but they call this place. " a place made for kids, they just love going to shine their tooth. At this place they have the best staff, they all make a great team, which makes the best place ever.
My daughter loves going to the dentist and she's 3 years old. From the brightly colored scrubs to the tv when she has her teeth cleaned, this place is awesome! We don't live anywhere near here but it's worth the drive!
And that's just how Children's Dental Specialists were, patient! My 2 kids hate going to the dentist, but the staff there did an excellent job of getting them in and out even with my kids kicking and screaming! It was a nightmare for me, but the staff acted like it was no big deal!
Kid friendly environment, my 2 year old seems so comfortable with all staff and Dr. Scott. Have a great experience every visit.
