I have found the staff to be very disorganzed, and thier office policies to be redundant and annoying. I have private insurance through my employer, which seems to confuse them- each time I come in they mention that I have no insurance. They also require that I confirm all appointments a day or sor before hand, or it's cancelled... What is the point of making the appointmnet if it's cancelled if I don't confirm? My Kids Love CDS I just brought my 2 children to CDS and loved it. The staff were welcoming from the time I walked in the door to the time I was done - and the clinic itself was clean and really colorful. One of my kids is very young and was super scared. The dentist explained what he was doing in a way that made sense to her and she went from crying to laughing in 30 seconds.
