I LOVE CHILDREN'S DENTAL PLACE. THE STAFF AND THE DOCTOR'S ARE GREAT. ALL LOCATIONS ARE BEAUTIFUL AND CONVENIENT. I LOVE THAT THEY BRING THE KIDS IN THE BACK WITHOUT THE PARENTS, IT SHOWS THAT THEY ARE REALLY TRYING TO TAKE AN INTEREST IN THE KIDS WITHOUT DISRUPTION. FOR ALL THAT DIDN'T HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE SORRY TO HEAR SO, BUT IF YOU CAN LEAVE YOUR CHILD IN SCHOOL FOR 8 HOURS YOU CAN LEAVE YOUR CHILD IN THE BACK WITH THE DENTIST AND THE ASSISTANT WHILE YOU WAIT FOR AN HOUR.
Unless you want to be subjected to a rude staff and forced to abide to absurd/barbaric policies, then DO NOT step foot in this office!!! I am furious and disgusted by Children's Dental Place of Boca. They lack professionalism but even more so, common sense to accommodate children and their parents. This is a far cry from a "pediatric" facility because speaking of which, they want your kids to shed tears unnecessarily.
