My daughter had an appointment today, March 23. Dental assistant Hanna Passa, while preparing the sterile instruments for the dentist, did not use gloves. She dropped a sterile instrument on the floor, picked it up, and placed it with the other sterile instruments. This happened in front of me, and I was shocked. Parents, please pay attention if you still plan to use this clinic. Observe how the dental assistant prepares the instruments and whether they use gloves.
It’s very difficult to book appointments there. The orthodontist only works 2 days in the summer. The secretary is very rude. One time they had to cancel my appointment because the Orthodontist is not feeling well. She gave me the next day, I said we couldn’t, maybe we have to look into the week after.
