I just took my 8 year old son for his first appointment. Everyone was so kind and patient and answered any questions we had. My son came in and after just a minute in the waiting room said “I want to come here all the time.” He was apprehensive before hand and it was like I saw all his fear melt away. From the ladies behind the desk to the dentist everyone had a smile on their face and a kind voice. Having had bad experiences before I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed our visit.
RecommendedFor my 4 year old son who was crying when they hadnt even begun, Caroline really helped him through his cleaning, x rays, and showed him the cool tools which he found fascinating! i was blown away at how calm he became in 5 minutes! reccommendable!!!
RecommendedFirst time here with two very scared children. This facility took excellent care of them. Showed and explained to them everything they were doing before they did it. The compassion that is given here is unbeatable. Would recommend Dr Melnick and staff in a heart beat.
RecommendedGreat first experience for both of our girls (1 is autistic and 1 is 5 years old) alone, especially our younger one that we heard both of our girls did great!!! Something never happened from other dental place before, which made this awesome experience for us. Everyone has been so helpful from beginning til the end and made it positive experience for all of us, looking forward to our next visit!!!!!
