This place is a crock. They are liars and threaten. They need to be shut down and won’t stop until they are. I have numerous people who have written to me about the horribleness of this place. Anyone who takes there children here beware...... you don’t want too. You will regret it!! Big time!!! All they want is money and they will saying your children need stuff done. Get a second opinion. Guarantee they were wrong and lied.
Went in for a cleaning and asked them to check a tooth as I suspected my 4 year old had a cavity on a molar. They did a series of x-rays. My son cooperated and then the dentist came in. Barely looked in his mouth, was rough and did not try to make my son feel comfortable. After this time, I was told he had 4-5 cavities and that three of them were bad enough to need the pulps removed and capped. He would need this under general anesthesia. Waited a while and once we went back they were rushing with my son. They said my son had 9 cavities even though did not take any xrays or barely look in his mouth. Also said he needed to be put to sleep. As a hygienist I knew this was not right. Took him to another dentist who did xrays and said he had 3 cavities and filled them with no problem without putting my 4 year old to sleep.
Took us back at 1:50 pm! Brushed his teeth did what they had to at 2:05! 3 pm I am still sitting here waiting for the dentist to come check his teeth! We left and walked out will find a new dentist if I have too!!
