No one answers the phone when you call to schedule. You do not receive a call back when you leave a message. I sent a message through Facebook and received a call back that way and then show up for the appointment I get scheduled for and they tell us we don't have an appointment. I have worked in dentistry myself for many years, and this is exactly how you lose business.

We love this office! The staff is highly knowledgeable and kind. They are so sweet to the children and try to make their comfortability top priority. The receptionists are amazing and keep us busy parents in the loop via text if you opt in. Overall cleanliness is great. Excellent facility.
