I had a very disappointning experience at this Dental practice. I was refused service for my son because they claimed my insurance would not pay for services despite clear confirmation from my insurance provider that it was active and in good standing. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or showing any professionalism, the staff chose to dismiss me and even laughed when I said I'd be taking my business elsewhere.
