I'm glad I found this dental office for my daughter. They make her feel very comfortable and she's not afraid anymore .. they have a great team keep up the good work and continue making the kids teeth look great !!

Lack of communication when they run late. Only one appointment has ever been on time. Not only does the office not contact you to when they are running 30+ minutes late, they don't show you the courtesy of informing you when you check in. What would happen if the patient was consistently 10 minutes late or showed up over a half hour late with no communication? Professional courtesy should go both ways.

We do our best to keep our schedule on time but of course there are times when we get off track. We do believe that keeping our patients informed of our status when they check in is critical and appreciate your feedback. We will focus on our efforts to make sure we don't let this important component of patient care slip through the cracks.
I grew up being afraid of the dentist and it makes me so happy to see my daughter always looking forward to her dentist's appointments. Thank you for taking good care of her.
We have been going there since my kids each were 2 years old. They are the best. Whoever heard of kids asking when they are going to the Dentist?? LOL mine do!
