I’m usually not one to leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Unfortunately, my visit to this dental office was far from pleasant. The front desk staff were noticeably unwelcoming and could benefit from improving their communication and customer service skills. I arrived early for my appointment, which was only supposed to be a routine cleaning. I am so disappointed with the service here. My son had a 9am appointment (showed up 20mins early) they had us waiting for almost 2hrs to get a chip tooth fixed. No explanation, no apologies. Never going back
overall this place is good its really cool the service is amazing and i like this place
Everytime I go there its Like 7 check in clerks in the front desk area and On most days I try to call for follow ups No One Answer The phone! I think that's very unprofessional and Unorganized.I have been trying to make an Ortho follow up for my son for a week now and still no one is answering the Darn phone!!!
