I scheduled my toddler son for his check up. It’s been a while since I’ve been back due to Covid. Coming back I definitely had questions about the new CV-19 policy’s. Once his name was called I asked if I could go in with my son & if anything else had changed. Dental assistant Nancy was so understanding, she politely answered my questions and addressed my concerns. I appreciate that from her. I was able to go inside, they do separate each pt now. I just to like it before they got together with western dental, now you dont call to the main office to call to rge workers on western dental after tgey try to convince you to get appointments for the whole family you cannot ask simple personal question because they dont know about your file and when they transfer you to the main office they never answer they put you back to the workers omg its so frustrating iam a busy mom i just want to be able to call make appointments and thats it. Thinking of changing my kids dentist...
