I brought my niece here for a appointment and the front desk employees Britney and Hctzey were so unhelpful and unprofessional. I was told I needed to complete a chaperone consent form that was not sent ahead of time prior to arriving at the appointment. This form was also not in an electronic form such as Docusign and Britney told me that I could download it and sign it as is. If you have ever tried to download and sign a form that way on your phone you know that is a complete mess. I ended up speaking to the office manager... read more
