The Dentist was okay. Women at the front desk not friendly at all. Not a fan of carpeting in the rooms. Seems really unsanitary with all the germs flying out of people mouths.
The ladies at the front desk are very rude and unprofessional. It is very hard to get an appointment there unless you schedule months in advance. The final straw for me was when I was spoke to in a condescending way by Dr. George in front of my child and told my child had 3 to 4 cavities. When I took my child to their ortho and my dentist, which is a family practice, both took their own X-rays and there was only 1 cavity. The facility is also is very dated-
My daughter had extreme anxiety/meltdowns at the regular dentist to the point that they could not examine her at all. They referred us to Dr. Brett and he was so good with helping her to overcome her anxieties. Dr. Brett blew me away with his instincts and skill with dealing with my child's anxiety and creates the most positive, comfortable and fun educational experience possible for a young kid who is terrified of the dentist.
