You scheduled appointments for both of my children at 11:50 a.m. and asked me for the insurance information while I was at work. I explained that I did not have the insurance number with me at that time but that I had the insurance cards at home. Your staff member told me not to worry, to bring the insurance cards on the day of the appointment, and to arrive 15 minutes early.
