Walk-in appointment today with a sick 2.5 year old. 90 minutes later we were finally seen after waiting for 20minutes in an ICE cold room. I said to the PA that this wait was ridiculous and her response was, well if you don't want me to see your daughter, you can leave. We are switching pediatricians.
Worst pediatrics ever ! Waited over an hour for nothing . I did a walk in with my son and they skipped him and took other walk ins who came in after him . I asked the lady at the counter what was going on and she said my son would be next , so I continued to wait and 15 mins later they called another walk in who came after me ! After that I walked out . Definitely don't wanna take my son to a pediatrics that can't even keep track of there patients.
We love seeing Dr.Kelly! She is so great with our kids.
